LEVEL 1 Questionnaire & Design QC

1. Double -Check of the survey logic,skip patterns and translation.
2. Pilot testing with 10-20 Respondent before full launch.
3. Client Validation and approval of all instruments.

LEVEL 2: FIELDWORK & DATA COLLECTION QC

1. 100% trained and certified enumerators
2. GPS location tracking for all face to face interviews.
3. Audio Audit & photo evidence for key interviews
4. Real- time monitoring via kobo, toolbox/ PDK dashboard.
5. 20% random spot checks of back- check by supervisors.

LEVEL 3: DATA CLEANING & VALIDATION QC

1. Daily data upload and review -no waiting till end of the project.
2. Automated checks for speeders, straight -lines, duplicate responses.
3. Logic Consistency checks and outliers removal.
4. Call- backs 10-20% of respondents for verification.

LEVEL 4: ANALYSIS AND REPORTING QC

1. Double verification by research lead and data analyst.
2. Cross- tabulation and consistency checks
3. No fabricated figures- rraw data is always shared with clients.
